Shikai represents the main power of the Soul Reaper, currently there are only 5 shikais in the game, which can be unlocked in Project Mugetsu at Level 20 of your Meditation. Once you reach this level, a "Fight Zanpakuto" button will appear in your meditation game. By battling your zanpakuto, you will be able to unlock your shikai ability and release its powers.
